To ensure every client has a smooth and professional experience, please review Studio C’s booking and studio policies before reserving your session.

Reservations & Payment

• A 50% retainer is required to secure your booking date and time.
• The remaining balance is due 48 hours before your scheduled session.
• Bookings are confirmed only after payment is received.

Studio Session Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Weekday studio bookings may be rescheduled once with at least 24 hours notice, subject to availability.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours, same day cancellations, or no shows are non refundable.
• Rescheduled sessions must occur within 30 days of the original booking date.

Refund Policy

• All payments, including retainers, are non refundable.
• Refunds are only issued if Studio C becomes unavailable due to circumstances caused by the studio.
• No refunds are provided for unused time, late arrivals, or early departures.

​

Arrival, Departure & Overtime

• Rental time begins and ends at the scheduled booking time.
• Late arrival does not extend session time.
• Overtime is subject to availability and billed at 1.5 times the hourly rate, rounded to the nearest 30 minutes.

Example: If your session ends at 3:00 PM and concludes at 3:20 PM, overtime will be billed for 30 minutes at the adjusted rate.

Studio Use Guidelines

• Studio use is limited to photography, videography, podcast recording, and content creation.
• Large props, specialty equipment, or setup changes must be approved in advance.
• Furniture and décor must be returned to original placement before your session ends.

Podcast Equipment Use

• Podcast equipment rental is available.
• All podcast equipment setup and breakdown must be handled by Pristine Media to ensure proper care and performance.

​

Care of the Space

• Clients are responsible for any damages beyond normal wear.
• Additional cleaning or repairs may result in additional charges.
• Glitter, confetti, smoke machines, open flames, or messy materials are not permitted unless approved beforehand.
• Studio C is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items.

Customized Studio Packages

• Clients may customize studio packages by contacting the studio owner prior to booking to discuss needs and add ons.

​

Respectful Use of Space

•Studio C reserves the right to end a session without refund if policies are violated or if activities compromise the safety, integrity, or atmosphere of the studio.
